We use Royal Mail Tracked® for all our UK deliveries and offer two delivery options:
STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.95
Standard delivery costs £4.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Items should ordinarily arrive within 2 days from despatch (excluding Sundays) but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £8.95
We do offer a next-day delivery service for £8.95, with orders of in-stock items placed on weekdays before 8 pm and on bank holiday Mondays before 1 pm, guaranteed to arrive the next day.
Our next-day service is available for orders placed on weekdays for delivery Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we are not able to make deliveries on Sundays or on bank holiday Mondays. We aim to cover all areas with our next-day service however, cannot guarantee this in certain areas. These include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Dumfries and Galloway, counties north of West Lothian and Northern Ireland.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us with your unique Royal Mail tracking link. This way you can follow the progress of your Wrap London® delivery from our warehouse in Leicestershire to your front door. You can also manage your delivery with Royal Mail should you not be in. Simply enter your postcode once you opened the tracking link and you have the following options:
• Amend the delivery date
• Deliver to another address
• Choose a Safeplace
• Collect your parcel from a Post Office or delivery office
For both standard and next-day deliveries, if you are not in when we try to deliver and do not request any changes to your delivery, your postman will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. It will have full details on either re-arranging a delivery or options for you to collect from a nearby Post Office. Alternatively, they may leave the package in a 'safe place' on your property if it is deemed to be safe.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMES AND AVAILABILITY
To guarantee that you receive your order in time for Christmas we recommend placing your order as early as possible with the latest being before 8pm on Friday 20th of December for Standard deliveries and Express deliveries.
Whilst we aim to despatch your order the day we receive it, during December Royal Mail historically experience an increased number of parcels going through their business and they are unable to always maintain their normally very high standards of operation to some postcodes. We apologise in advance if your order is slightly delayed in reaching you.
DESPATCH TIMES AND AVAILABILITY
All in-stock items for standard delivery are usually despatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days.
If we are awaiting delivery of a style which is currently not in stock, we will indicate this when you place an order online or over the phone. At this point, you will be advised of the latest date that the style will be despatched by. You will still be able to place an order for this item and you will not be charged until it is available to be despatched. This will not delay the despatch of any other items in your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you of this via email.
Please note, that next day delivery is only available for in-stock items and will be despatched the same day if the order was placed before 8pm on a weekday.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your item(s) is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the checkout page.
All in-stock items are usually despatched in a single parcel, with a few exceptions such as footwear which is always despatched separately. Items on backorder will be despatched as soon as they become available. You will only ever be charged once for postage, regardless of how many parcels your goods are despatched in.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Once your goods have been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your personal Royal Mail tracking link which you can use to follow the progress of your delivery.
If you are not at home when they try to deliver, Royal Mail may choose to leave your parcel in a 'safe place’ if they think the location is suitable. A ‘something for you’ card saying they've called, but no one was at home, will be left and this will have full details on either where your parcel is located or options for you to collect from a nearby Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
If you would like to confirm a ‘safe place’ in advance, you can do this through the tracking link that Royal Mail will email you once they have collected your parcel for delivery.
Our deliveries do not request a signature for deliveries but due to the sizes of our parcels, they will not fit through the letterbox.
