GENERAL
These terms & conditions refer to E-Gift Cards. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and refunds will not be given for the purchase of a E-Gift Card. Refunds of items purchased with a E-Gift Card are subject to our Returns Policy, available here.

E-Gift cards are available to purchase in denominations of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, and $300.
EXPIRY DATES
E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance left on the E-Gift Card after the expiry of the validity period will be cancelled and the E-Gift Card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Should your E-Gift Card expire, please contact our customer service department here.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept credit cards as well as PayPal as a payment method for E-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards can be purchased from our website here.
DELIVERY OF E-GIFT CARDS
If you purchase an E-Gift Card an order confirmation email will be sent right away and the E-Gift Card email will follow after, usually within 1 working day. Every E-Gift Card you order in one transaction will be included and presented in a single email.
USE OF GIFT CARDS
Valid E-Gift Card codes can be entered on the checkout by clicking the Redeem E-Gift Card link found in the Order Summary section. If the order amount is less than the E-Gift Card amount, the last used E-Gift Card will be adjusted to match the remaining balance. The validity period will not be reset.
The E-Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero and within the validity period.
RETURNS GUARANTEE
E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and refunds will not be given for the purchase of a E-Gift Card.
If you paid with a combination of gift card and another payment method, we'll refund anything you paid for with your E-Gift Card first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed to your original payment method.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Wrap London® cannot be held liable for E-Gift Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated, or damaged. Treat your E-Gift Cards as cash.
