  • Project Assistant

    We are recruiting project assistants for our Customer Success Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, inquisitive with a hunger to learn, recent graduate and someone who has worked in a customer support role. Being technical will absolutely help a great deal.

    The primary role will be to assist project managers with improving customer's online experience by the configuration of Omnichannel software. The candidate should be familiar with CRM Platforms like Zendesk or a similar support ticket and knowledge base software.
